Our studio is located in the Normandy Isles neighborhood of North Beach in the city of Miami Beach, Florida, United States.
Group classes are conducted online via Zoom and In-person at the Center.
Hi, we’re Pom and Enrique Cayeiro!
We started Miami Beach Iyengar Yoga Center (MBIY) in 2014, so we can bring Iyengar yoga to the community. We started teaching yoga in our apartment for several years before we opened the studio.
As our number of students began to grow, we felt it was time to have a space where we can bring students and teachers together to practice Iyengar yoga.
Now, our community is growing strong despite the pandemic. We realized that our community is not limited to Miami Beach alone, but with the help of technology, we’re able to reach students all over the world.
Ours is a community of people gathered together in the spirit of YOG.
Over the years, we’ve come to realize that we are not just a yoga center— we’re family.
