Paola Della Torre

Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher Level I

Paola started practicing yoga in 1998 in Buenos Aires. In 2005 she met Guruyi B.K.S Iyengar while attending the Iyengar Intensive USA at East National Park.

While in Argentina, she attended workshops by Manuso Manos and Arun. Since moving to Miami in 2012, she practices regularly with her mentor, Pom Cayeiro.

She studied from senior teachers Rebecca and Dean Lerner, Gabriela Guibilaro, James Murphy, Patricia Walden, Colleen Gallagher, Rosa Santana, and Bobbi Goldin.

She is a life-long student of Yoga and she’s profoundly grateful to her teachers. She participated in Iyengar Yoga National Convention with Abhijata Iyengar in 2016 and 2019.

Her classes are well-sequenced and challenging. She also teaches in Spanish. Her teachings stem from a place of enthusiasm and joy— results from years of practice.
